Aarhus

The Aarhus Classic Riders were founded in 2018. The Danish community is based in the largest city and has an exponential number of members. Aarhus is the second-largest city in Denmark and the seat of Aarhus municipality. It is located on the east coast of the Jutland peninsula, in the geographical centre of Denmark, 187 kilometres (116 mi) northwest of Copenhagen and 289 kilometres (180 mi) north of Hamburg, Germany. The inner urban area contains 280,534 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2020) and the municipal population is 349,983 (as of 2020). Aarhus is the central city in Business Region Aarhus and in the East Jutland metropolitan area, which had a total population of 1.378 million in 2016.

The group meets regularly during week-ends for local rides but also early in the morning for the Early Rides.

The AACR community is led by our friend Casper Witting. Casper is 32 years old, father to a boy on 4 years and a girl of 6 months. He has been into the Cafe Racer community the past 4 years, he rides a BMW R100 with a Sidecar and a Honda CX500. The cafe Racer scene is quite big here in Denmark, also in Aarhus. We host Gentlemans Ride the past two years and im part of the group behind it.

Casper has a garage at home where he do his builds but also have a quite big garage in town, where the boys from Relic Motorcycles are working as well.
